Job Description:
A Quality Control Specialists (“QC”) plays a vital role to the Intake Department by assisting the Intake Department representatives once a file has been vetted by intake and/or a new client has signed an agreement to be represented by the firm. QC assures that all data is entered accurately, thoroughly and on time. Specifically, QC enters pertinent client and file information into the firm’s client management system prior to the file being pushed through to the firm’s Case Management Department. QC also works closely with our intake specialists, case managers and attorneys.

To be successful in this role, a QC should have strong teamwork and time-management skills, excellent organization abilities, and be task oriented and meticulous in comprising and transferring data. Performing well in this role serves as a great launchpad into the role of intake representative.

Pay Range: $18 to $23 per hour

• Review the work of intake specialists, including initial consultation notes, case information, and appointment schedules
• Verify that all information is accurate and complete
• Identify any errors or discrepancies and work with the intake specialists to resolve them
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of quality control reviews

High school diploma or equivalent
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Familiarity with personal injury law and the legal process a plus, but not required
